About Me
I am a third-generation chiropractor, raised in a family where caring for health was part of our lifestyle, not merely a response to problems. From an early age, I learned that the choices we make every day shape our adaptability and quality of life.
Since 2012, I have also worked as a Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) facilitator, guiding people in developing awareness, releasing tension, and finding tools to manage stress and anxiety. Along the way, my experience working in an IVF clinic gave me insight into the challenges couples face around fertility and family health.
Today, as the mother of two children — Chloë (2016) and Vincent (2024) — and as a practitioner fluent in four languages, I bring both personal and professional experience to supporting families and individuals from many walks of life. My approach is restorative and personalized, helping people release tension, reconnect with themselves, and live with more clarity and energy.
